Security and Discretion 
The legal system in dubai is a mix of islamic law and european civil law. The court system is a dual court system with a Sharia and a civil court. Both courts operating in parallel. All laws are written in Arabic.

The system is secure as long as you do not violate any sharia laws. If you do so i would suggest you get a very good lawyer with very good connections in the local courtsystem.
